According to the Meteorological Department, there will be rain in the North and West Indian states of Punjab, Haryana, Delhi and surrounding areas, Rajasthan, North Madhya Pradesh etc.
According to the Meteorological Department, the rainy season can be seen till April 21. It is estimated that there may be heavy rain in the northeastern states of Sikkim, Assam, Meghalaya, Manipur, Mizoram, Tripura, Nagaland and Arunachal Pradesh. The Meteorological Department has expressed the possibility of snowfall in the high altitude areas of Arunachal Pradesh. There is a possibility of rain in Vidarbha and Marathwada areas of Maharashtra also. The weather department has predicted strong thunderstorms at both these places. At the same time, there is a possibility of heatwave in the east and south of the country. According to the Meteorological Department, heat wave will occur at many places in the Ganga banks of West Bengal. Whereas, there are chances of heatwave in North Goa also.
The temperature in the southern states of the country has been continuously increasing for many days. People are also facing humidity in many states of South India. The Meteorological Department has already expressed the possibility of extreme heat in all the states of India in the coming two months of May and June. According to the Meteorological Department, this year it is going to be more hot than other years. The weather department has also predicted that there will be a lot of rain in the monsoon season this year. This year the weather has been continuously changing. A lot of cold was also seen from January to mid-March. The reason for this was the continuous western disturbances.
