New Delhi. Sonia Gandhi and Rahul Gandhi are facing charges in the National Herald case. ED is probing the case. Congress is on the streets and the name of inflation and unemployment is being taken. The Congress, which deals with the sufferings of the general public of the country, does not have an answer to the question that for what purpose the Young India Limited Company was formed and on what basis, by giving a huge amount of loan to AJL from the donations of the Congress party. The loan was paid off. The ED is searching for answers to many such technical questions. In this episode of investigation, he sealed the office of Young India Limited Company located at Herald House in Delhi in the past, before the ED had raided the office of National Herald.
One of the most important names in this whole puzzle of the National Herald case is that of Young India Limited Company. This is the same company in which Sonia Gandhi and Rahul Gandhi are the owners with 38-38 per cent stake. The remaining 12-12 per cent was held by Motilal Vora Oscar Fernandes. As long as Motilal Vora was alive, he used to see all the financial transactions related to this company. The role of this company in the case is also doubtful because this company was exactly like a shell company. Its inaction can be gauged from the fact that for the last 4 years there was no work in its Delhi office. Congress started this company in the year 2010. This company was started with Rs 5 lakh. Most of the shares of this company are with Sonia Gandhi and Rahul Gandhi. ED’s investigation has revealed that the company which started with Rs 5 lakh has assets worth Rs 800 crore today.
Congress claims it is a non-profit company. Subramanian Swamy alleges that this company was formed so that AJL’s assets worth Rs 2 thousand crore could be captured. In 2015, the Delhi High Court had also held that Young Indian Limited was a ‘sham or cloak’ company through which public money could be used for private use. 10 years ago, when Subramanian Swamy had filed a petition in the National Herald case, at that time he had made a very shocking disclosure that the names of two such people of Prayagraj are also included in the shareholders of Young India. It’s over. That is, the dead are also shareholders in this company.
That is, overall Young India Limited is under suspicion and in the coming days, there may be many more revelations about it in the investigation of ED.
