Used to practice with boys

In such a situation, he started working with his coach, because I was not getting a place in the ODI team. So we started playing fast ball, boys used to bowl at 135-140 KMPH. According to Shefali, he emphasized on his fitness, dieting along with cricket. Along with this, he also did many sessions to recover from the World Cup defeat. To stay match fit, Shefali had to give up her favorite food. Shefali told that now she does not eat pizza, does not watch Doorman because she concentrates only on cricket.
If we talk about Shefali Verma’s career, at the age of just 19, she has scored 1231 runs in 51 T20 matches. Shefali’s strike rate is 134.53, he has 149 fours and 48 sixes in T20. She has now played not only T20 but also ODIs and Tests for India. So far he has played 2 Test matches, 21 ODIs because of his young age, BCCI handed him the command of the team in the Under-19 T-20 World Cup and now he has set a record.
