On the question related to Chandrayaan in the Salaam India program, PM Modi said that like Congress, he too could have named it after an old leader of the party, but he did not do so. After the success of Chandrayaan, PM Modi named the place where Chandrayaan landed on the moon as Shiv Shakti. While answering Rajat Sharma’s question, he told the whole story behind it.
PM Modi was questioned about secularism and was asked why the place where Chandrayaan landed was named Shiv Shakti. In response to this, PM Modi said, “This is the misfortune of the country, someone should tell me what is the objection to Shiv Shakti. I could have named that place after any BJP leader because he had started this tradition, but I did not do so and I named it Shiv Shakti.”
A direct target on Rahul Gandhi
Answering this question, PM Modi targeted Congress leader Rahul Gandhi. He said that people got upset when Chandrayaan’s landing place was named Shiv Shakti. This thing kept going on in his mind. He could not speak but it had such an impact on his mind that after a year he said that he would destroy the power that Hindus have. After listening to him, I started wondering how much poison it is filled with, but he doesn’t know that I have named both Shiva and Shakti and Shiva also has the power to drink poison.
He also spoke on the issue of Ram Mandir
Talking about Ram Temple, PM Modi said that Congress created obstacles in the construction of Ram Temple for 70 years. Initially it seemed that this was being done for the vote bank, but after the construction of the temple, by opposing it, these people have proved that they are anti-Ram from the heart, body and mind. There is a lot of anger within them towards Ram.
