2. Stay hydrated-If there is not enough fluid in your stomach then the problem of gas and flatulence will increase. Therefore there should never be any shortage of water in your body. Unless there is enough water in the stomach, food will not be digested properly and this will cause problems of gas and bloating. For this, consume juicy fruits along with water. Dr. Will Vulsiewicz says that you should start the day with two glasses of water as soon as you wake up in the morning. After this, you must drink at least two glasses of water every time with food.
3. Chronic diseases-There are also some chronic diseases which cause gas problems. Gas can also occur due to diseases like intestinal ulcer, diverticulitis, Crohn’s etc. At the same time, your intestine is not able to tolerate some foods.
