BJP leader Tajinder Pal Singh Bagga again targeted Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal on Sunday. He tweeted and said that when will you take action against those who defame the Guru Granth Sahib. Bagga said, “You had asked for 24 hours, it has been 60 days? For how much I sold my conscience? Till then I will not leave the chase, Kejriwal ji… Until you put those who insulted the Guru Granth Sahib behind bars.”
Even a few days ago, Bagga had said that he would keep asking questions to CM Kejriwal, even if a thousand cases were filed against him for this. Bagga said that I was arrested by the Punjab Police like a terrorist. Was it my mistake to ask the question? Holding the first press conference after his dramatic arrest, Bagga said he would ask Kejriwal about his promises to take action against those who sabotaged the Guru Granth Sahib in Punjab, drug mafia and separatists who raised Khalistan slogans in the state. Will keep asking questions.
Khalistani terrorists threaten the life of CM Kejriwal
At the same time, Punjab Police has called Delhi Police a threat to the life of Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal from Khalistani terrorists. Citing this, it has been written about providing additional security cover to the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) convener. However, Delhi Police has rejected this demand for the time being. Officials gave this information on Saturday. Delhi Police said that Kejriwal already has the highest level of security under the Z+ category approved by the Union Home Ministry.
The matter comes days after BJP youth wing leader Tajinder Bagga was detained by the Punjab Police from his home in the national capital. The Punjab Police had sought the arrest of the BJP youth wing’s national secretary in a case registered over her alleged remarks of threatening Kejriwal. Bagga was later granted protection from arrest by the Punjab and Haryana High Court.
