Migration of workers still going on, trouble will increase
From many areas of the city, workers are going towards their villages in luxury buses. In such a situation, even if the business industry continues to operate, it will have to be closed due to lack of workers. At present, due to all these reasons, the capacity of the industry has remained only 30% of production. Jitu Vakharia, head of the South Gujarat Textile Processors Association, said that job work has reduced due to the closure of the textile market.
Traders have stopped placing new orders, not only this, the stock of the already prepared goods is also lying in the unit. Due to this the godowns have also been filled. In view of the current situation, if the government does not waive the electricity bill for the entrepreneurs as well as reduce the gas bill, then the industry may face problems in getting back on track.
