Millions of people migrate The UN Human Rights Office says 1,179 civilians have been killed in Ukraine since the start of the war. Also 1,860 civilians have been injured. The true number of casualties is believed to be much higher. The United Nations refugee agency said on Wednesday that the number of Ukrainians fleeing abroad now stands at 4,019,287.
