Lucknow. The farmer will be happy, the state and India will smile. In order to give shape to this concept of Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, the government is making an innovative plan to make the water of the drains irrigable. The state government is preparing to take this scheme on the ground soon. The engineers of Namami Gange have been instructed to prepare the blueprint. Such preparations are being made so that the water of the drains falling in the rivers can be treated and used for irrigation. This will also save the rivers from getting polluted. The water from the drains will be treated and treated through plants before falling into the rivers and the water will be used for irrigation.
848 drains will be monitored
Under the scheme, the contaminated water will be treated through treatment plants by stopping the drains falling into the rivers. This will not only expand the irrigation area, but will also save the rivers from getting polluted. Through this, irrigation system will also be available at low cost. The blueprint of this scheme is being prepared on an experimental basis. The agricultural land around these drains will get water, which will also conserve the water used for irrigation. Monitoring of 848 drains flowing in the state will be done. A 5-member committee will be formed to monitor every drain. People living near the drains and associated with the society will be made members of the committee. The thinking of the government is that if the people around are kept an eye, then its monitoring will also be done properly.
All STP operations will be investigated
The Namami Gange department will also investigate all STP (Sewage Treatment Plant) operations in the state. New experiments will be done in the direction of water conservation and water conservation. The plan for monitoring Ganga through CCTV (Closed Circuit TV) will be ready from this month. The Namami Gange projects in Uttar Pradesh have brought about unprecedented changes in the cleanliness of rivers.
