Lucknow. Loudspeakers installed at religious places have become a big issue in the politics of Uttar Pradesh. Earlier also the campaign to remove loudspeakers from religious places was started by the Yogi government and now once again the campaign to remove loudspeakers from religious places may start in UP. Along with this, swift action can also be taken against the policemen who are addicted to drugs. The CM gave several instructions while reviewing the law and order situation in the state with senior officials of the government and zone, range and district level officials at his government residence at 5 Kalidas Marg, Lucknow late Friday evening. He said that during his visits to the districts in the recent days, I have experienced that these loudspeakers are being installed again at religious places in some districts. This is not acceptable. Ideal situation should be created by communicating immediately.

Along with this, Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath instructed the administrative and police officers to ensure peace and order on the occasion of Christmas and also not to allow conversion incidents anywhere. Raising the issue of loudspeakers at religious places, CM Yogi said that a few months back we had done an unprecedented job of removing loudspeakers from religious places through spontaneous dialogue. Giving priority to the larger public interest, people had automatically removed the loudspeakers. It was appreciated all over the country. Now again these loudspeakers are being installed in some districts, this is not acceptable. Ideal situation should be created by having immediate contact and communication. Let us tell you that in the month of April this year, the Yogi government had taken a big action to remove loudspeakers from religious places on a large scale.
