Many shocking revelations are being made in these actions every day. The department inspected a bakery in Jaipur on Tuesday. After seeing the conditions there, not only were the officers shocked, you will also be surprised after seeing its pictures. There bread was being cut by placing it on the ground. After seeing the way the bread was being prepared there, you might stop eating bread.
The food department team witnessed this scene at Vinayak Bakers located at Hawa Road in the capital Jaipur. When the team reached there, the bread was being cut by keeping it on the ground. There were heaps of garbage on the cooking tray and other places. A lot of expired food items were found at the bakery. The food department team was shocked to see the situation there. The team seized the oven kept there. The process of suspending the food license of the bakers has been started.
Raw crude oil seized in Muhana Mandi
Under the campaign, raids are being conducted across the state. Under this, on Tuesday itself, the Food Safety Department had received information about oil coming from Niwai to Jaipur’s Muhana Anaj Mandi. After that the team reached there and seized 6 thousand 683 liters of Ranthambore brand Kachchi Ghani mustard oil. There is a possibility of this oil being adulterated. Therefore, its samples have been taken under the Food Security Act 2006. They will be investigated.
6000 liters of oil seized in Niwai
This matter did not stop here. After that the CMHO of Tonk was informed about this. They reached the oil factory in Niwai Niwai Industrial Area and seized 6000 liters more oil from there. The Food Safety Department has also taken action against a firm in Bikaner and seized 300 kg of ghee there. There this action has been taken against the firm of Maganiram Bhikhamchand. Raiding action was also conducted in Bharatpur. Earlier, adulterated spices were seized in Jaipur.
