How to make Kakoda curry?
To make vegetable curry, 200 grams of pumpkin is required. For this, take 2 tablespoons of oil, a little cumin and mustard, a pinch of asafoetida.
For vegetables, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, 1 teaspoon ground coriander, 1 teaspoon jaggery, juice of half lemon, coriander as per taste.
To add to the vegetable, take green coriander and 1 finely chopped green chilli.
Recipe to make Kakoda

First of all, wash the pumpkin and cut it into round pieces like bitter gourd.

Now apply salt to remove the bitterness and leave it for about 10 minutes.

Wash with clean water and keep mustard oil in the pan to heat.

When the oil is hot, add cumin, mustard and asafoetida and add turmeric powder.

Now add Kakoda pieces in it and cover them for some time and cook on low flame.

Keep stirring the vegetable occasionally and then add red chilli, coriander powder, jaggery and lemon juice to it.
