That is because Zimbabwe’s team has defeated Australia for the first time in cricket history in its own house. On one hand it has become the biggest memorable day for Zimbabwe, while on the other hand it is a big setback for Australia. Now Zimbabwe has won the third ODI of the series by defeating Australia by 3 wickets.
The hero of this victory against Australia was leg-spinner Ryan Burle, who succumbed to the Australian team in front of him. Leg spinner Ryan Burle bowled just 3 overs in which he took 5 wickets for 10 runs. David Warner, Glenn Maxwell, Ashton Agar, Mitchellstarc and Jos Hazlewood were among the five who saw Ryan Burl play. In the match, Australia’s team was bundled out for just 141 runs. At the same time, Zimbabwe completed this target with 11 overs remaining in the counter-batting.

Chasing 141 runs given by the Australian team, Zimbabwe started their batting very leisurely. The opening pair added 38 runs for the first wicket. However, after the fall of the first wicket, many wickets fell back to back and at one point Zimbabwe had lost 5 wickets till 77 runs. From here, captain Regis Chakabawa (37) lit up his captaincy innings and made small partnerships for the next two wickets to put Zimbabwe’s historic victory in the lap. Zimbabwe achieved Australia’s target in 39 overs for the loss of 7 wickets. In this match, Ryan Burle was adjudged ‘Player of the Match’.
