Ingredients for making Aloo Kofta-
-250 grams potatoes
-250 grams processed cheese
-2 tbsp cornstarch
-1/4 tsp black pepper
-Salt
-4 tbsp oil
-100 grams onion
-200 grams tomatoes
-10 almonds
-2 bay leaves
1 tsp ginger garlic paste
-1/2 tsp cumin
-1/4 tsp turmeric
1 tsp coriander powder
-1 cup water
-3 tbsp low fat cream
-1/2 tsp sugar
-Salt
Tips for making Aloo Kofta-
To make Aloo Kofta, first mash the boiled potatoes, add grated paneer, corn starch, salt, pepper and mix well. Now give this mixture the shape of a kofta and fry it in oil and keep it aside. After this, to make kofta gravy, make a smooth paste by blanching tomatoes, onions and almonds. Now heat oil in a pan, add bay leaves and roasted cumin, tomato-onion-almond paste, ginger-garlic paste and mix well. After this, add turmeric powder, chili powder, coriander powder and water and let the gravy come to a boil. As soon as the gravy starts boiling, add sugar, salt, cream, garam masala, kasoori methi and cook for a while. After the gravy is ready, take it out in a serving bowl and put the already fried potato koftas on top. Your Aloo Kofta Curry is ready.
