material-
rice- 1-1/2 cups (small sized fresh rice)
powdered sugar- 1/2 cup
Curd- 1/3 cup,
Desi Ghee- 02 tbsp,
Mole- 02 tbsp,
Ghee- to fry
Method to make Anarsa-
Step-1. Wash and clean the rice and keep it soaked for 3 days. But keep in mind, change its water every 24 hours.
Step-2. On the third day, wash the rice thoroughly and spread it on a cotton cloth to dry.
Step-3. Now grind them coarsely.
Step-4. Now add powdered sugar, curd, ghee to this rice flour, adding water little by little, knead a hard dough and cover it with a wet cloth and keep it for 12 hours.
Step-5. Now make small balls out of it.
Step-6. Now spread some sesame seeds on the wheel and roll small puris by placing a dough on it.
