– boiled potatoes

Easy recipe to make Stuffed Capsicum –
, First, wash the capsicums and remove their stalks and seeds and hollow them out from inside.
Now heat oil in a pan and add cumin, asafetida, cumin seeds and fry the onion till it becomes golden. Now add boiled potatoes and also add all the spices (coriander powder, red chili powder, mango powder, salt and garam masala). Now fry them well.
