Gourd juice controls weight as well as is beneficial for blood pressure and diabetes patients.
Drink more water: If you want to control blood pressure, then drink more and more water. If the body is hydrated, then the blood pressure will be under control. During summer, drink 3-4 liters of water a day. Drink water in the morning on an empty stomach, one hour after eating the water. Low water intake leads to high blood pressure. Consuming more water will not only cure high blood pressure but also cause problems of heart diseases, thyroid and kidney failure.
Check blood pressure and do yoga: Do Pranayama, high blood pressure will remain under control. If you do Pranayama and check your blood pressure, you will know the difference yourself.
