Ingredients for making Vegetable Balls-
1 cup grated cauliflower
1 medium grated carrot
1 big finely chopped onion
1 tbsp ginger paste
1/2 tbsp red chili powder
1/2 tbsp coriander powder
1/4 tbsp ground black pepper
1/2 cup corn flour
1/4 cup boiled corn
1 cup grated cabbage
1 medium finely chopped capsicum (green chili)
1 tbsp garlic paste
1 green chili
2 tbsp chopped coriander leaves
1/4 tsp garam masala powder
salt as required
1 cup oil
Method to make Vegetable Balls-
In a bowl take finely chopped and grated vegetables like onion, carrot, cabbage, corn, cauliflower, capsicum, green chilli and coriander leaves. Mix them well. Now add salt, black pepper powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, garam masala, ginger paste, garlic paste and mix everything well. Add corn flour to the vegetables and mix well, so that the mixture is well prepared. Take out small balls from the mixture and make balls by rolling them between your hands. Now heat oil in a pan and fry the balls in pieces. Fry them till they become crispy and golden brown. Serve the vegetable balls with chutney of your choice and enjoy.
