Ingredients for making Bread Gulab Jamun-
-8-10 bread slices
-2 tsp cream
– half a small cup of milk
-1 cup ghee
-1 tsp flour
1 cup sugar
– 1 tsp cardamom or cardamom powder
Easy way to make Bread Gulab Jamun-
To make Bread Gulab Jamun, first make bread crumbs from bread slices. After this, add cream to the dry ground bread and mix it well. Knead the bread-cream mixture and maida flour with milk. Make small balls the size of gulab jamun from it. Now put ghee in a pan and heat it. After this, fry the gulab jamun balls till they turn golden brown.
Now to make sugar syrup, put sugar in a cup of water in a pan and let it cook. While stirring it, make the syrup a little thick. When the syrup comes to a boil, then turn off the gas and put the gulab jamun in the syrup. You can also add saffron and rose water while making syrup to enhance the taste of gulab jamun.
