Ingredients for making Afghani Paneer-
Paneer – 1 bowl
Butter – 1 tbsp
-Cream – 1/2 cup
Chili – 1 tbsp
Salt – 1 tbsp
-garam masala – 1
-1/2 tbsp
Milk – 2 tbsp
Oil – 1 tbsp
Melon seeds – 1 tbsp
Poppy seeds – 1 tbsp
Cashew – 5-6
How to make Afghani Paneer –
To begin making Afghani Paneer, in a mixing jar, add poppy seeds, melon seeds, cashews and grind them finely. Now in a bowl add fresh cream, milk, butter, garam masala, chilli, ground spices and salt and mix everything well. Now add paneer cubes to this mixture and mix well with the spices. Let the paneer cubes marinate for half an hour. Now put oil in a pan and with the help of screwdrivers put the cubes of paneer in it. Fry the paneer cubes and take them out in a plate. Serve them with salad and chutney.

Paneer pieces are very soft while frying, so do not over cook it.
While frying the paneer, apply less pressure from both the sides.
