Ingredients for making Coconut Shortbread-
-coconut grated – 1 cup
Turmeric Powder- 1/2 tsp
Chili powder – 1 tsp
Garam masala – 1 tsp
Semolina – 1 cup
Curd – 1 tsp
-Water – 1/2 cup
– salt to taste
-Garlic-ginger paste – 1 tsp
-Oil
Green coriander chopped – 2 tsp
How to make Coconut Shortbread –
To make coconut shortbread, first take semolina in a vessel, add curd, salt and mix it well. Now add water little by little and knead the dough and keep it aside for half an hour. Now take grated coconut in a vessel, add salt, turmeric, chili powder, coriander powder, garam masala, salt, ginger garlic paste, coriander and mix it well.
Heat oil in a pan. Now take a dough of semolina and roll it lightly. Put coconut stuffing in it and prepare shortbread in desired shape. When the oil is hot, fry the kachoris on medium heat. When it turns golden brown in color from both the sides, take out the kachoris from the oil. Your hot Coconut Kachori is ready.
