Garudasana or the eagle pose is one of the most beneficial yoga asanas for both men and women. How To Garudasana
To do Garudasana, stand in Tadasana. Then bend your knees and lift the left leg and roll it over the right leg. Note that keep the right foot on the ground and the left thigh on top of the right thigh. Keep in mind that the toes of the left foot should be towards the ground.
The hands should face the ground in front. Cross the right hand over the left hand and rest the fingers of your left hand firmly on your right palm. Keep the spine straight. Keep your focus at a distance of 4 to 5 feet. Stay in this position for 15 to 20 seconds while breathing deeply. To return to the normal position, first slowly open the hand and then the legs. Take 3 deep and long breaths, practice by changing the position of the legs and arms from the other side.
