Exercises To Reduce Arm Fat
1) arm circle
This exercise can be done with or without weights. You can hold two water bottles in two hands while doing arm circles. To do this, stand with your feet shoulder width apart and extend your arms straight in front of you. Now make 50 small balls with your hands by rotating them in the forward direction. Then switch to 50 small backward circles. This backward and forward arm movement tones all the muscles in the arms, including the triceps, biceps, shoulder and back muscles.
2) Opposite Arm and Leg Lift
This is a great exercise for toned arms, which helps in strengthening the muscles of both arms and legs and stretches the back. To do this, keep your knees directly under your hips and palms directly under your shoulders. Now raise your right hand forward and at the same time extend your left leg backward. Create tension in your back by bending your leg. Stay in this position for a few seconds and then come back to the normal position. Repeat this using your left arm and right leg. Repeat 15 to 20 times on both sides.
3) Scissors
This exercise proves to be helpful in reducing your arm fat very fast. This is one of the best cardio workouts to lose weight. To do this, spread your arms out to the side and bring them back in front of you, overlapping the right hand with the left. It looks like an open scissor. You need to pull them aside again and bring them back to the front. This time your left hand should overlap your right hand. Doing it 10 times every day, in 3 sets, will see the difference immediately.
4) Chair Dips
Along with the arms, it also tones the back muscles. For this workout, you need a bed or chair, which is slightly above the ground. To do this, keep your upper body straight, then bend your knees to match the furniture. Bend your elbows and lower your entire body to the ground, and touch the floor. And then come back to your normal position. You have to do 3 sets of 20 every day.
5) Counter Push Ups
Counter push ups are a wonderful exercise to tone the arms that can be done using a table or kitchen counter. To do this, you need to be balanced on your feet, at the same time your back should be straight. Now bend your elbows and come down till you touch the counter. Now straighten your elbows and relax. This exercise will tone your arms in just a few weeks.
