Lactic acid is found in curd which exfoliates the scalp. This removes dead skin and also clears the flaky layer caused by dandruff. Anti-inflammatory properties are found in curd which also soothes the irritation caused by itching on the head. Curd has natural antifungal properties which help in removing infection. Curd acts as a natural conditioner for hair. Which gives shine to the hair.
Make a hair mask with curd, fenugreek and neem
Blend about 1 cup of curd. Soak 2 tablespoons of fenugreek seeds in water overnight. In the morning, grind the fenugreek seeds and make a paste. Now prepare a paste with neem leaves or take neem leaves powder. Mix all three things and prepare a smooth paste. Apply this mixture thoroughly on the head and leave it like this for about 45 minutes. After this, wash the hair with a mild shampoo.
