He constantly writes letters to the President regarding social issues. Jeevan Kumar Mittal said in a conversation with a news website that he is very fond of reading and writing. They keep an eye on the flaws of the government. Jeevan says that he has sent more than 5000 letters to the President so far.
Going to contest elections for the third time: Jeevan Kumar Mittal is going to contest the presidential election for the third time. Earlier in the year 2012, he tried to contest elections. Then in 2017 he enrolled. In the year 2022 too, Jeevan Kumar Mittal has filed his nomination to contest the elections. Jeevan says that only after nomination, we are kicked out of this election in the very first round.
Why does Mittal want to become the President?: Jeevan Kumar Mittal says that the common man is not being heard. No one is ready to listen to the government, administration. I want to be the President to remove poverty, illiteracy and filth in India. I want to open a platform where people can easily register their complaints and send them to the President. Mittal said, no one is thinking towards improving the country.
Get out in the first round: Jeevan Kumar Mittal told that in the first round after nomination, 98 out of 100 candidates are eliminated. This happens because no MP or MLA is signed on any form. Mittal said that why would someone sign my form, go to someone and say that I am with Modi, then someone says that I am with Sonia. That’s why I don’t go to seek support from anyone. I enroll and get kicked out in the very first round.
Let us tell you that the presidential election is going to be held on 18 July. It was being said that Nitish Kumar and Sharad Pawar may contest the elections but now both have spoken of staying out of this race. On the other hand, the leaders of the opposition led by Mamta Banerjee are churning for the name of the presidential candidate.
