Gourd, Tomato, Green Chillies, Besan, Ajwain, Salt, Chili Powder, Turmeric Powder, Coriander Powder, Garam Masala Powder, Amchur Powder, Cumin, Oil, Green Coriander. Because making it with a trick, you will need curd to make it.

To make gourd koftas, first grate the gourd. Then squeeze it well with your hand and keep it aside. Now take gram flour in a vessel, add carom seeds, salt, turmeric powder, coriander powder to it. Then add the squeezed gourd to it. Mix well. Add water as required and prepare the solution. Then heat oil in a pan. Now fry small pakoras of bottle gourd batter. Simultaneously blend tomatoes and green chilies. At the same time, beat the curd well.

To make this, heat a little oil in a pan, then add cumin seeds and add grated tomatoes to it. Now let it cook well for 4 to 5 minutes. Now add salt, chili powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder and cover it for some time. After 5 to 7 minutes, when you remove the lid, the oil will start coming up in the spices, only then add curd to it and keep stirring by adding water as needed. (If the curdled vegetables break from your hands, then you add salt at the end) Boil it well for 10 minutes. Then add garam masala and a little amchur powder (if the curd is sour, skip the amchur powder). Garnish with coriander leaves and serve.
