Who doesn’t like to eat samosas? If you are planning to make samosas on Holi, then you can make samosas in a new way. Market samosas have potato stuffing, while you can also stuff some other vegetables to make the samosa more healthy. The recipe of these samosas is very easy. If you are on a weight loss journey, then you can eat samosas by frying them in olive oil.
Ingredients for making samosa-
1 cup flour
1 tbsp peas
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp spring onion
1/2 cup Cabbage (finely chopped)
1 tsp ginger (finely chopped)
1 tsp black pepper powder
salt to taste
oil for frying
Method for making samosas-
First of all, in a bowl add all purpose flour, salt and some water and knead soft dough. In another bowl, prepare the stuffing by mixing peas, cabbage, spring onions, soy sauce, black pepper powder and salt. Now break small balls of the dough. Roll out a dough the size of a puri and place a spoon of stuffing in it and pack it in the shape of a samosa by folding it in a triangle. Put oil in a pan on high heat to heat. Put 4-5 samosas in oil and fry till they become golden. Similarly fry all the samosas. Eat the prepared samosas with favorite chutney or sauce. Some people complain that samosas are not crispy, for this the oil should be hot and fry the samosas in low flame.
