Dry fruits are considered most beneficial for health. However, sometimes it becomes difficult to eat dry fruits in routine. Sometimes, due to hurry, we forget to eat dry fruits or due to many other reasons, we are not able to eat dry fruits. Some people are even lazy to eat dry fruits. Children nowadays start making faces on seeing healthy things. In such a situation, you can make dry fruit laddus and eat them. Children will also like dry fruit laddus a lot. If you eat 1 laddu after your meal every day, your body will be filled with energy. Know how these energy-filled dry fruit laddus are ready in just 15 minutes.

100 gms cashew nuts 100 gms almonds 100 gms walnuts 100 gms pistachios 50 gms pumpkin seeds 50 gms white sesame seeds 100 gms dates 2 tsp poppy seeds 2 tsp oats flour 2 tsp honey (optional)

Step 1- First of all, lightly dry roast walnuts, almonds, cashews and pistachios along with sesame seeds, pumpkin seeds or mixed seeds in a pan. Remember, there is no need to add ghee in it and there is no need to fry it too much. Just dry roast the nuts for a while so that the moisture from them goes away.

Step 2- After roasting, when the nuts cool down a little, put all the nuts in a mixer and grind them coarsely or coarsely. If you want, you can also crush them lightly. If you are making laddus for children, then grind the nuts finely and make a powder, because children often do not like pieces of nuts.

Step 3- Now lightly roast 2 teaspoons of oats in a pan and grind it in a mixer to make flour. In another pan, if there are dates without seeds, then wash them and soak them in lukewarm water for half an hour. If there are dates with seeds, then remove the seeds and soak them in lukewarm water for half an hour. After this, remove the water and grind them in a mixer to make a smooth paste.

Step 4- Mix coarsely ground nuts, poppy seeds, oats flour and date paste in a large vessel and prepare round laddus. If you want, you can also mix 2 teaspoons of honey in it to bind the laddus. Your dry fruit laddus are ready in just 15-20 minutes.

Step 5- You can eat them yourself and also feed them to your family members and friends. Eating 1-2 dry fruit laddoos daily will give strength to the body and will also remove your craving for sweets.
