Ingredients for making Mango Barfi-
1 cup chopped mango
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup milk
2 cups coconut powder
How to make Mango Barfi –
Add 1 cup chopped mango and 1/2 cup milk to the blender. Blend to make a smooth paste. Take out the mango paste in a pan and keep it on medium flame. Add sugar and mix until completely dissolved. Now add coconut powder and mix well. Cook for about 20 minutes and stir after every one minute to prevent it from sticking to the bottom. You have to cook the mixture till it comes in shape and leaves all the sides of the pan. Now let this mixture cool down a bit. Transfer to a mold covered with butter paper. Spread it evenly with a thickness of one inch. Let it rest for about 30-40 minutes. Once hardened, take it out of the mold and cut into square pieces. Now your Mango Barfi is ready to serve.
