Ingredients for making Masala Shikanji
4 lemons
1 handful mint leaves
1 tsp roasted cumin powder
1 tsp chaat masala
lemon slices as needed
8 teaspoons sugar
black salt as required
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp mint leaf powder

Squeeze the lemon juice and keep it aside for some time.
Now prepare shikanji masala by mixing black pepper, cumin powder, black salt, chaat masala, dry mint powder in a bowl. Mix it well and it is ready.
Take a big jug, add lemon juice, mint leaves, sugar, shikanji masala and fill the jug with cold water. Shake to mix everything well.
