All you have to do while making tea is add sugar and tea leaves in boiling water and mix this spice, then add milk and prepare tea. Ingredients for making tea masala-
1/2 cup dry ginger (saunth)
5-6 cinnamon sticks
1 tbsp small cardamom
1 big cardamom
1 tbsp clove
1/2 tbsp black pepper
pinch nutmeg powder
1/2 tsp fennel
How to make Chai Masala –
First, grind the dried ginger well in a mixer and keep it aside in a bowl. Add cloves, black pepper, cardamom and cinnamon in a pan on medium flame and fry lightly. Cool the spices and put them in the grinder and make powder of them. Now add ground dry ginger and nutmeg powder to this powder and grind it again for some time. Chai Masala Powder is ready. Cool it and keep it in a bottle.

If you want to make the tea more tasty, then let the tea cook well for this.
Always put tea leaves in boiling water only. This gives a nice color to the tea.
