You can also use dry fruits to enhance its taste. Stored in an airtight container, it can be used for several days.

Moong dal-1 cup
native ghee- 1/4 cup
powdered sugar- 1/4 cup
pistachio- as required
How to make Moong Dal Ladoo
STEP-1. Put lentils in a pan and fry it on medium flame for 10-12 minutes till it turns golden brown.
STEP-2. Cool the roasted dal completely.
STEP-3. Now grind it in a blender and make a dough.
STEP-4. Now put lentil flour and ghee together in a pan.
STEP-5. Cook it on medium flame for 10 minutes while stirring continuously.
STEP-6. When the sides of the pan start leaving, take it out in a plate and let it cool down.
STEP-7. Now put this flour in a bowl and add sugar to it.
STEP-8. After this, knead the dough by mixing it well.
STEP-9. Break small balls of this dough and make small laddus out of it.
STEP-10. Serve these laddus with pistachios.
