For the first day-
Have two fruits like apple or banana and 1 cup of tea in breakfast. After this, in the afternoon, instead of white carbohydrates like rice, bread, potatoes or pasta, eat wheat bread or chapati, 1 piece of chicken with salad or fruit. Fish, steamed broccoli or any leafy vegetables and fat free ice cream for dinner.
For the second day-
Start your day with a spoonful of lemon juice mixed with honey. Eat 1 bowl of poha or upma or idli for breakfast. For the third day-
For breakfast, 1 bowl of poha or upma or idli. Apple or banana with a spoonful of honey. In the afternoon 1 cup of rice, and lentils, vegetables, any fruit like grapes, or banana. Vegetable curry, chapati, and baked or boiled potatoes at night.
For the fourth day-
Fruits like apple, banana and curd for breakfast. Afternoon Tomato soup, roasted chicken, radish, lettuce, tomato, pear and whole wheat chapati with 1 cup chopped vegetables. Overnight cooked brown rice and pineapple/apple/orange pieces.
For the fifth day-
For breakfast, 1/2 cup tomatoes, some almonds. In the afternoon, have 1 chapati with fat-free beans and vegetables and cucumber slices. Green salad with fat-free dressing, chapati at night.
For the sixth day-
For breakfast, 1 idli or chapati with vegetable curry. 1/2 sliced banana, skim milk. In the afternoon 1 roti, 1 cup rice, light curd, fish curry, mustard, cucumber, tomato and onion pieces. Brown rice, steamed spinach and an apple at night.
