How to make Cucumber Raita

To make cucumber raita, first take curd in a vessel and whisk it well. Now grate the cucumber. After that, squeeze the grated cucumber with your palm and remove all its water. Now mix this water in the curd. By doing this, the raita will become a little thin. If the curd of the raita seems too thick, then you can add a little water to it. After this, add both white and black salt to the curd vessel according to taste. After this, add a pinch of red chili powder and roasted cumin seeds after grinding them coarsely. Mix all the things well. Your delicious cucumber raita is ready.
