Sabudana Kheer- You all must have eaten kheer made from rice, but this festival you must try sago kheer. To make this, you have to soak the sago in water for about 1 hour. Now put milk in a vessel and add these soaked sabudana and let it boil well. Now add sugar, cardamom and mix it well. Now fry cashews and raisins in ghee in another vessel. When the sabudana is cooked well in milk, garnish it with roasted cashews and raisins.
Mango Kheer- It is the summer season, so mangoes are easily available. You must have eaten mango by cutting more, but have you ever eaten mango kheer. This is a great dessert to serve to family and friends. To make this, first you have to fry the vermicelli in a little ghee. Now you have to put full cream milk in it and boil it for some time. Now leave it to cool down. When it cools down, add mango pulp to it. Now you have to keep it in the fridge for at least 1 hour.
