An easy recipe to make Thandi-Thandi Bhalla Papdi Chaat
, Mix semolina and curd in a bowl and mix. Now add salt, ginger and green chili to this mixture and cover the batter and keep it aside for 10 to 15 minutes.
Before making the balls, add baking soda to the batter and make small balls with your hands and fry them in oil.
Immediately after frying, keep the Bhallas soaked in cold water. By doing this, their oil will come out and the balls will also become soft.
Now take a serving plate and keep Bhalle in it and pour cold curd on them. Now add red chili, salt and chaat masala. After this add sour and sweet chutney.
Now put papdi powder on them. Add finely chopped coriander for garnishing and enjoy the chilled chaat.
