Which included tofu, moong dal cheela, pulses, cheese, eggs and vegetables. Food outside was completely dismissed. Only used to eat homemade food. Apart from this, he was completely dismissed from the sweet diet.

Obesity reduced by just walk without gym

She did not do any kind of exercise in the gym. But used to walk a lot daily. Walk, jogging and running at long and fast speed 2 times a day helps in rapid weight loss. In this way, Sushmita lost 50 kg in a few days.
