Upavistha Konasana-
Upavistha Konasana is also called Upavistha Konasana or Seated Wide Angle Pose in English. In this asana, it is practiced to stretch both the legs as much as possible while sitting on the ground on the hips. The best time to do Upavistha Konasana is on an empty stomach in the morning or in the evening 5-6 hours after eating. This asana can be done for 30 to 60 seconds.
