Shilpa jain murder case: Lalu Prasad Yadav is a name in Bihar politics, which not only affected the state’s politics for decades, but also made a deep impression in national politics. The supporters of Lalu Yadav, the Chief Minister and Railway Minister, consider him a symbol of social justice, while his opponents criticize his reign as Jungle Raj. Many controversies and events have been in the discussion during his tenure, one of which is again in the headlines today.
During a podcast show, Jharkhand BJP’s Election Management Head Mrityunjay Sharma made a disclosure that re -resurrected the old wounds. The case is related to a young woman Shilpa Jain and a young man Gautam Singh, whose death is still under many questions.
Who was Shilpa Jain?
Mrityunjay Sharma said that Shilpa Jain was the daughter of a big textile businessman and won the title of ‘Miss Patna’. At the same time, a young man named Gautam Singh returned to India after studying medical from London and joined the Youth Wing of Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD). Gautam befriended Sadhu Yadav, brother -in -law of former Bihar Chief Minister Lalu Yadav. Shilpa and Gautam were already in a relationship with each other.
Both of them found in Garage
Mrityunjay Sharma further said, one day the dead bodies of Shilpa and Gautam were found in a closed Garage in the city. Surprisingly, he was located near the house of Garaz Sadhu Yadav. After the incident, sensation spread throughout the city. Police reached the spot, but serious questions arose on the process of investigation. It is alleged that for the purpose of eradicating the evidence, Gautam’s body was burnt without a postmortem and the car in which the bodies were found, a constable himself took him to the police station, which spoiled the forensic evidence.
Shocking revelation
As the matter increased, it was assigned to CBI. Investigation revealed that Shilpa Jain was gangraped. When the CBI asked for a sample of Sadhu Yadav for DNA examination, he refused to give a sample. Not only this, the victim’s family also faced many types of pressures.
How was the incident carried out?
Mrityunjay Sharma claimed that the day the incident took place, Shilpa was going to college on that day. Then Sadhu Yadav’s friends asked him to sit in a car and drop him, but he took him directly to the garraj where his body was found later. Sadhu Yadav and some of his companions were already present in that Garage. Later, when Gautam came to know about this, he also reached there and opposed the incident. It is alleged that both were first tied and then Shilpa was raped by many people in turn. Both were eventually murdered.
Why did this matter remain incomplete?
Many secrets have been buried in this case so far. Due to political pressure, eradication of evidence and influence of the accused, the matter was never completely resolved. If there is truth in these allegations, it presents a terrible picture of the era of Bihar when some people in power trampled the law and order under their feet.
