Mumbai, December 29 (IANS). Shiv Sena leader Sanjay Nirupam on Saturday targeted the growing dispute between AAP and Congress, the two main components of the opposition grand alliance ‘India Bloc’. Nirupam said, there is no consensus among the parties involved in ‘India Block’ on many issues.
Shiv Sena leader Sanjay Nirupam told IANS, “India Bloc is currently going through a period of disintegration, there are many issues on which there is no consensus among them. Be it EVM or the issue of industrialist Gautam Adani. These issues But Congress has its own role. At the same time, other members of the India Alliance do not agree with the role of Congress. A front has been formed against the party.
He further said, “There is a dispute among themselves regarding the issue of EVM. Due to this, the Congress party seems to be sidelined. In such a situation, if Arvind Kejriwal makes such a demand that Congress should be removed from the ‘India Block’. If anything, this is not a small matter.
Other parties in the alliance may also be behind this demand of Kejriwal. There is talk of removing Congress by putting Arvind Kejriwal forward. Perhaps other parties may get success on this. Congress party should consider this.
The Shiv Sena leader said, Congress, despite being a national level party, does not look stronger than the regional parties. What evidence does Arvind Kejriwal have, on the basis of which he is trying to prove that there are some internal relations between Congress and BJP? Kejriwal is known for doing stunts like this.
Earlier, Sanjay Nirupam had accused Congress of doing politics regarding the memorial and funeral of late former Prime Minister Manmohan Singh.
