Bihar Bandh: The impact of Bihar bandh is being seen in Patna, the capital of Bihar. At the western door turn of Patna, BJP workers set fire to the road and closed the road. The protesters with placards in their hands are opposing the vulgar remarks made from the stage of the Grand Alliance against Prime Minister Narendra Modi and his late mother. The NDA called for a Bihar bandh against the incident. This bandh has been kept from 7 am to 12 noon. However, during this period, essential services like hospitals, ambulances and railways have been excluded from the bandh.
Arson on roads in Danapur
During the Bihar bandh, BJP workers protested in Danapur. They burnt tires on the roads and stopped the paths. People sat on the streets and shouted slogans, including women. The performance continued for 5 hours.
The BJP protested, targeting the India alliance. Bihar BJP President Dilip Jaiswal expressed his protest by sitting on the road, taking a plank in his hand. During this, he said, “A few days ago, in the visit of India alliance, the name of PM Modi’s late mother was done, which had nothing to do with politics. BJP leader Sanjay Mayukh said that the NDA’s bandh includes mothers and sisters of Bihar. He said, “Abuse cannot run away, the people of Bihar will give a befitting reply to Rahul Gandhi and Tejashwi Yadav.” BJP MP Ravi Shankar Prasad described the incident as extremely embarrassing. He said, “The misbehaving with PM Modi’s late mother is very wrong, and has not been sought till now. If a member of our party used such a language, we would take strict steps against her. We strongly condemn such behavior.
What will be open and what is off
A 5 -hour bandh has been announced in Bihar, which will be from 7 am to 12 noon. During this time many services will remain closed, such as schools, colleges and coaching institutes, which will remain closed. Apart from this, Intercity Bus Services, Government Office and Private Business will also not work during this shutdown. However, some essential services are exempted from this bandh. Petrol pumps will remain open, as well as medical and essential goods shops will be open. There will be no effect on railway service, that is, trains will continue to run as before.
