Uttarakhand news: Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami has given great relief to state employees and pensioners in Uttarakhand. Dearness (DA) and inflation relief (DR) of regular employees and pensioners working in corporations and local bodies associated with the seventh pay scale has been increased from 53 percent to 55 percent. Major approved projects:
Nainital District: Rs 505.71 lakh has been sanctioned for the construction of a motorway from Doonikhal to Ratighat (Padli) in Betalghat, a development block of Vidhan Sabha Nainital.
Rudraprayag district: An approved of Rs 444.66 lakh has been received for road safety works and strengthening in Km 01 to 05 of Khankara Chhakhal Motor Road in August Muni, Rudraprayag.
Kaladhungi assembly constituency: A amount of Rs 319.20 lakh has been sanctioned for the Navnirman work of RCC Setu, a 24 -meter expansion on the Nihal river under the development block Haldwani. The bridge is located on Ramnagar-Kaldungi-Haldwani-Kathgodam-Chorgalia-Sitarganj-business state route number 41.
Almora District: The Chief Minister has also approved an amount of Rs 475.25 lakh for the construction of the administrative building of police station Deghat.
