Uttarakhand news: To solve various public problems of assembly constituencies, officers should continuously communicate with MLAs. The works of the top priorities given by the MLAs should be expedited. If there is any problem in any work, then the secretaries and the heads of department should talk to the MLAs of the concerned area and solve the problem. For the successful implementation of the announcements made under all 70 assemblies of the state and successful implementation of other important schemes, the responsibility of Additional Secretary level officers should be given responsibility soon as a nodal officer to act in the role of a bridge between the administration and the assembly constituency. Some innovations should be made in every assembly, highlighting their cultural traditions and heritage. Chief Minister Shri Pushkar Singh Dhami on Friday gave these instructions to the officials during the review of the Chief Minister’s announcements and other works under the Haridwar Lok Sabha constituency at the Secretariat.

In the meeting, the Chief Minister directed that a detailed plan should be made for a permanent solution to the problem of waterlogging in Haridwar. After surveying this, a proposal should be completed soon. DPR should be prepared in a month for the arrangement of permanent water at Triveni Ghat of Rishikesh. The proceedings to develop Sanjay Lake as a tourist center should be accelerated. During the Kanwar Yatra, people should not have trouble for traffic and other important tasks, to arrange a planned plan for arrangement of alternative routes. Drainage system should be strengthened in urban areas. Special attention should be paid to the construction and beautification of parks.

The Chief Minister directed the officials to expedite the construction works after the monsoon. After the rain, a campaign should be launched to make the roads pit free. The Chief Minister directed that a nodal officer should be appointed for the AIIMS satellite center to be built in AIIMS Rishikesh and Kichha. Two villages in every district should be developed as an ideal village.

During the meeting, MLAs kept waterlogging problems, parking and beautification works, drainage and sewerage problems, drains construction work, traffic management and other problems. The Chief Minister gave instructions to the officials to resolve the problems kept by the MLAs.
