Ahmedabad: PM Modi is going to visit Gujarat for two days. He will inaugurate and lay the foundation stone of various projects and tourist attractions worth Rs 284 crore during his visit to the ‘Statue of Unity’ in Gujarat on October 30. According to a release issued by the state government, PM Modi will be on a two-day visit to Gujarat to participate in the ‘National Unity Day’ celebrations. PM Modi will visit Ekta Nagar in Narmada district on October 30 and 31.

Will inaugurate these services

According to the information given by the state government, PM Modi, during his visit to Ekta Nagar on October 30, will inaugurate several new projects including a sub-district hospital, smart bus stop, a four MW solar project and two ICU-on-wheels. do. Let us tell you that this 50-bed sub-district hospital has been constructed at a cost of Rs 22 crore. It has facilities of a trauma centre, gynecological operation theatre, CT scan, ICU, delivery room, special ward, physiotherapy ward, medical store and an ambulance.

Relief for tourists also

Whereas Statue of Unity Area Development and Tourism Administration Authority (SOUADTGA) is developing 10 smart bus stops and 10 pick-up stands for tourists in Unity Nagar. PM Modi will inaugurate its first phase on Wednesday. Apart from this, to improve traffic management and beautification, roundabouts have been constructed in Ekta Nagar and surrounding areas at a cost of Rs 2.58 crore. To beautify Ekta Nagar, 24 sculptures prepared by famous sculptors will be installed at 24 places.

Will lay the foundation stone of these schemes

Apart from this, PM Modi will inaugurate the walkways from Bus Bay to Viewpoint-1 and from Ekta Dwar to Shrestha Bharat Bhawan (Phase-1). PM Modi will also inaugurate a four MW solar project developed at a cost of Rs 23.26 crore to promote renewable energy. PM Modi will lay the foundation stone of the sewage treatment plant to be built at a cost of Rs 75 crore in Ekta Nagar. This will enable disposal of sewage from about 4,000 houses, government houses and other hospitality establishments. Apart from this, PM Modi will also lay the foundation stone of fire brigade residential quarters and Sardar Sarovar Dam Experience Centre. (input- agency)
