New Delhi. In the country’s capital Delhi, everyone is troubled by the increasing air pollution for some time. The air has become so poisonous that people’s condition is getting worse. Due to this, schools, colleges and government offices in the city have already been closed on the orders of the Delhi government. Now the Delhi government has made a new plan to reduce pollution. According to this plan, petrol and diesel vehicles coming from outside the city have been banned from Saturday i.e. 27th November this week till one week i.e. 3rd December. The ban was announced by Delhi Environment Minister Gopal Rai.
Only CNG and Electric vehicles will get entry
Environment Minister Gopal Rai said that with the ban on petrol and diesel vehicles coming from outside in Delhi, CNG and electric vehicles have been given relief from this. Due to this, there is no restriction on CNG and electric vehicles coming from outside the city from entering Delhi. This decision has been taken to reduce air pollution in Delhi.

Air quality index still a concern
The Air Quality Index (Air Quality Index / AQI) of Delhi still remains a matter of concern. The air quality index of the city has been recorded at 339 on the morning of Thursday, November 25, which is considered very poor and worrying.
