Ingredients for making Lassi Malai Mara-
two cups curd
one teaspoon cardamom powder
half cup cold milk
Three spoons of Malai (cream)
half cup sugar
five or six pieces of ice
How to make Lassi Malai Mara
First of all, put curd and sugar in a vessel and beat it well. Now add ice cubes to the curd and mix it once again. After this add milk and cardamom powder to the curd and beat again. Lassi is ready, after whipping cream, pour it into the glass by making a squirt. Serve cold by adding a spoonful of cream on top of the lassi.

Add ice only after making the lassi.
