New Delhi: Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal was arrested by ED on Thursday in the Delhi Liquor Policy scam case. Now a big revelation has come to light in this matter. According to ED documents, volunteers working for Aam Aadmi Party were paid in cash during Goa elections. According to the documents, ED interrogated five people.
According to the information received, the money received by the candidates in Goa elections is also being investigated by ED. Those interrogated include Nityanand Upadhyay, RP Lawande, Aaron Suchuvrit, De Islam Kazi and Manaswamy. According to ED documents, these people were paid in cash and the bills were cut for some other purpose. Vijay Nair, arrested in this case, had asked some firms to cut these fake invoices.

ED is now also investigating whether Aam Aadmi Party candidates had also received the same amount of bribe in Goa elections or not. ED may interrogate some more people in Goa. It is known that the Congress party itself had complained about the liquor scam and had also written a letter to Delhi Police to take action in this matter. Also, Congress party had demanded action against Arvind Kejriwal.
Kejriwal withdrew the petition from the Supreme Court
Arvind Kejriwal has also withdrawn his petition from the Supreme Court. Abhishek Manu Singhvi gave this information before Justice Sanjeev Khanna. He said that we will present our views in this matter in the lower court. Now Kejriwal case will not be heard in the Supreme Court. Let us tell you that K. Kavita had also filed a petition for bail in the Supreme Court, while hearing which the Supreme Court asked her to go to the lower court.
