Guna (Navdunia representative). Prosecution officers organized a workshop on Sunday to celebrate the elixir of freedom. The objective was to enhance the professional proficiency of the participants. During this, the subject matter experts gave information related to the prosecution in their lectures.
Assistant Media Cell in-charge and Assistant District Public Prosecution Officer Mayank Bhardwaj said that on Sunday, a one-day workshop was organized to increase the professional efficiency of the participants on the occasion of Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav. Education, Police Department and Additional Public Prosecutor participated in it by the participants. Deputy Director Prosecution Inderprakash Mishra, CSP Akash Amalkar, District Legal Aid Officer Deepak Sharma were present as guests. During this, information was given by various officers on many subjects. In the first lecture, Ravikant Dubey, District Public Prosecution Officer was informed about the Protection of Children from Sexual Offenses Act, the procedure regarding the maintenance of school records and the precautions to be taken by the investigator under the Act during the discussion. In the second lecture, information was given by Deepak Sharma District Legal Aid Officer about compensation under Victim Compensation Scheme and other provisions. In the third lecture, Harsh Singh Bahrawat District and Additional Sessions Judge gave information about common errors in the investigation of Information Technology Act and cyber crimes. In the fourth lecture, Pradeep Dubey, District and Additional Sessions Judge, while giving information about the common errors in the discussion of the offenses of the session cases, said that the practical situation should also be kept in mind in the investigation. Fifth lecture IP Mishra informed about the precautions to be taken by the Deputy Director (Prosecution) during the investigation in the offenses of SC-ST (PA) Act.
