Samsung is gearing up to launch a new smartphone of the Galaxy M-series. The company recently launched the Galaxy M33 5G as its new 5G smartphone under Rs 20,000 in India. Within a few days of the launch, the company has confirmed the launch of another smartphone under the series. Samsung Galaxy M53 5G will launch in India later this month.
Samsung has confirmed the launch of its new 5G smartphone in India via Twitter. The device was introduced earlier this month. It is more or less the same as the Galaxy A73 5G that was launched in India earlier this year. Let’s take a look at Samsung Galaxy M53 5G specs, features and other details ahead of launch.

– Samsung Galaxy M53 5G will be the next smartphone to launch the Galaxy M-series in India. The device will be available for purchase through Amazon India. Samsung is yet to confirm the exact launch date of the device. However, we can expect the Galaxy M53 5G to launch in India only in April.

– The Galaxy M53 was launched earlier this month in select markets. Its price details have been kept secret for the time being. However, we do have some details on the specs. For starters, the phone flaunts a 6.7-inch FHD+ AMOLED display. The screen has a hole-punch cutout at the top center for the front camera. It also comes with 120Hz refresh rate support. Except for a slightly thicker chin, the screen is flat and has thin bezels.
– Under the hood, the phone has a MediaTek Dimensity 900 chipset. It comes with 6GB RAM and 128GB internal storage. Samsung may offer more RAM and storage options for the Indian market. Users can expand the storage up to 1TB via microSD card.

There is a quad-camera setup on the back of the phone. The phone has a 108MP main camera sensor with optical image stabilization (OIS) support. There is an 8MP ultrawide camera sensor and two 2MP sensors for depth and macro photography. The device houses a 32MP front camera sensor. For biometrics, there is a side-mounted fingerprint scanner and AI Face Unlock.
The device packs a 5000mAh battery that supports 25W fast charging. Its weight is 176 grams and its dimensions are 77.0×164.7×7.4mm. Lastly, the Samsung phone runs on OneUI 4.1 based on Android 12.
