Earlier this month, Samsung quietly launched its Galaxy M33 5G and Galaxy M23 5G smartphones. Now, the company has put out a teaser on Amazon India which suggests that a new Galaxy M series device will be launched in the country soon. As reported by MySmartPrice, the teaser does not specifically mention the model name, however, the source code of the Amazon teaser page confirmed that the phone is Samsung Galaxy M33 5G. Additionally, a teaser video of the device reveals features like a side-mounted fingerprint scanner and a headphone jack along with two color options of the upcoming smartphone.

Samsung has already confirmed most of the specs of the Galaxy M33 5G. The smartphone has a 6.6-inch TFT FHD+ (1080 x 2408) LCD display. For photography, Samsung has offered a quad-camera setup on the back of the device with 50MP f/1.8 primary camera, 5MP f/2.2 ultra-wide camera, 2MP f/2.4 depth sensor and 2MP f/2.2. Macro Shooter. For selfie, we get 8MP f/2.2 snapper.
Under the hood, the Galaxy M33 5G comes with an octa-core SoC which, as per the previous Geekbench listing, should be a 5G capable Exynos 1280 octa-core SoC. It is offered in two RAM variants, 6GB and 8GB, and the available internal storage is 128GB. However, it can be expanded up to 1TB with a micro-SD card. The device gets a 6000mAh battery and will boot Android 12 based One UI 4.1 out of the box. Sensors present in the device are accelerometer, fingerprint sensor, gyro sensor, geomagnetic sensor, virtual light sensor, virtual and proximity sensor.
